01.Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed per business location, starting at $499 per month, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Multi-location arrangements may be covered by a separate order form.
02.Billing Cycle
Your billing period starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same day each month (or the closest day in shorter months). Fees are charged in advance through our hosted checkout.
03.Cancellation
Cancel from your dashboard — no phone call, no retention specialist. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access, and the engine keeps working for you, until that date.
04.Notice
No advance notice is required. A cancellation made any time before your renewal date prevents the next charge.
05.Refunds
Because the service begins working the same day you sign up, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated.
We would rather earn next month than keep a payment that should not have happened: billing errors, duplicate charges, and charges after a confirmed cancellation are refunded in full. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact billing@redpalm.ai within 30 days.
06.Exceptions
We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion where the service materially failed to operate — see the Service Level Agreement for service credits. Where consumer law grants non-waivable refund rights, those rights are unaffected by this policy.
07.Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or similar, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
08.What Happens to Your Assets
Cancellation never holds your business hostage: your website, Google Business Profile, accounts, and published content remain yours after cancellation, as set out in the Terms of Service.
