01.Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the service, and information received from the accounts and tools you choose to connect (such as your website, analytics, and business profile).
02.Account Information
When you sign up we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business locations, and onboarding details (for example, the services you offer and how you talk to customers). We use it to provide the service, personalize output to your business, and communicate with you.
03.Usage Data
We automatically collect logs and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken in the dashboard, and timestamps. We use this data to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
04.Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, and analytics. Details, categories, and controls are described in the Cookie Policy.
05.Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how the website and product are used so we can improve them. Where required, analytics runs only with your consent.
Document the specific analytics providers in use (and update the Subprocessor List to match) before launch.
06.Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor through a hosted checkout. Red Palm does not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited billing information such as the card brand, last four digits, and payment status.
07.Third-Party Services You Connect
DECISION ENGINE works by connecting to services on your behalf — for example, your website, Google Business Profile, and Search Console. We access and process data from these connections solely to operate the service for you. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
08.How We Share Data
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the service, under contracts that restrict their use of the data — see the Subprocessor List.
- Third parties at your direction (for example, publishing approved content to your own website).
- Authorities where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Red Palm, our customers, or the public.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
09.Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Specify concrete retention windows per data category (account data, logs, backups) once finalized.
10.International Transfers
If we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
11.Your GDPR Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email privacy@redpalm.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
12.Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Requests: privacy@redpalm.ai.
13.Children
DECISION ENGINE is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@redpalm.ai and we will delete it.
