Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep DECISION ENGINE safe, lawful, and fair for every customer.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes uses of DECISION ENGINE and redpalm.ai that are prohibited. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

01.Spam & Deceptive Marketing

  • No sending unsolicited bulk messages through or in connection with the service.
  • No deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing claims about your business or others.
  • No fake reviews, review manipulation, or impersonation of customers or competitors.

02.Malware & Harmful Code

  • No uploading, linking to, or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code.
  • No using the service to host or deliver phishing pages or credential-harvesting flows.

03.Illegal Content & Activity

  • No content or activity that violates applicable law, including content that infringes the rights of others.
  • No use of the service to promote illegal products or services in the markets you operate in.

04.Reverse Engineering

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code, models, detectors, or decision logic of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

05.Credential Abuse

  • No sharing account credentials across businesses or reselling access.
  • No attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

06.Bot & Automation Abuse

  • No automated interaction with the service (bots, scripts, headless clients) except through interfaces we document and permit.
  • No circumventing rate limits, quotas, or technical restrictions.

07.Scraping

  • No scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data from the service or from other customers.

08.API Abuse

  • Where an API is offered, use it within documented limits, keep keys confidential, and do not use it to replicate or resell the service.

09.Network Attacks

  • No denial-of-service attacks, load testing without written permission, port scanning, or any attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Good-faith security research is welcome through the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
  • No publishing or connecting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights. See the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

11.Platform Abuse

  • No use of the service to violate the terms of the platforms it connects to (for example, search engines or business-profile platforms), including prohibited ranking-manipulation schemes.
  • No interference with other customers’ use of the service.

12.Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and notify authorities where appropriate. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

FAQ

What happens if my account violates the AUP?

Depending on severity, we may warn you, require changes, suspend the account, or terminate service. For serious or unlawful abuse we may act immediately and involve authorities.

Is security research allowed?

Yes — through the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which grants safe harbor for good-faith research within its scope.
