01.Copyright Claims
If you believe content on redpalm.ai or on a service we operate infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@redpalm.ai with the subject “DMCA Notice.” Note that customer websites are owned and controlled by the customers themselves; claims about a customer’s own site may need to be directed to that site’s owner or host.
02.DMCA Notices
A valid notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
03.Counter Notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in the error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court. If the claimant does not file a court action within the statutory window, the material may be restored.
04.Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers determined to be repeat infringers.
