Solutions / Agencies
More clients.
No more headcount.
The Decision Engine runs the work; your logo goes on the report. Built by an agency that grew 64× in six years on this exact playbook — then engineered it.
Built for agency reality
Scale judgment, not headcount.
Red Palm is an agency. The engine is the machine we built from thousands of local campaigns — and it’s built to run under your flag too.
The Friday report is written in plain language for forwarding to a client — with your agency’s branding on the PDF.
Each location is its own market and its own subscription — clean pass-through pricing for your clients, volume pricing for you.
Every finding carries reason, evidence, and cost — so your account managers walk into client calls armed, not exposed.
Profiles, sites, and content belong to the business. Moving a client in — or out — is clean. That’s how we’d want to be treated.
Approval, your way
Whose yes moves the work? You decide.
Agencies and their clients don’t always agree — so the engine makes the approval chain an explicit setting, not an accident.
Every piece of work is decided twice — should this be written, and is this draft good enough — and both you and your client can weigh in. Who prevails is a setting you choose per account: your decision moves the work with the client’s recorded as advisory; the mirror image, where the client has the final word; or both-required, where work proceeds only when you both say yes.
One asymmetry is deliberate: a no from either side always stops the work. A client who has declined something will never watch the engine do it anyway. And when someone asks for changes on a draft, it parks — it can’t be regenerated or published by accident while the note sits unread.
Every decision is recorded with who made it and when. When a client asks “why did this page change?”, your account manager has the reason, the evidence, and the approval trail — in writing, already.
Moving a client in
Onboarding a client takes a connection, not a quarter.
Connect the client’s site and profile, and the engine takes its first snapshot the same day — ninety days of their Search Console, every page and internal link, their Business Profile and reviews, and what AI assistants currently say about them. There’s no content migration, no rebuild, no “strategy phase” invoice: the engine works with the site the client already has.
Within 72 hours the first findings are in the decision log with the approval chain you chose, and that Friday the first report goes out with your logo on it. If the client ever leaves — you or them — everything stays theirs. Clean in, clean out. Churn happens; hostage-taking is a choice, and we didn’t build one.

Will my clients see Red Palm anywhere?
The weekly client report carries your branding on the PDF — it’s written in plain language specifically so you can forward it unedited. Billing and the relationship stay yours; each location is its own subscription with clean pass-through economics.
Can I mark up the price to my clients?
Yes — your client pricing is your business. Locations start at $499/mo each, with volume pricing as your roster grows, so the margin structure is yours to set. Talk to a human about volume tiers: sales@redpalm.ai.
Who owns the client’s accounts and content?
The client. Always. Sites, profiles, accounts, and content belong to the business — which protects you too: when you win an account from another vendor, nothing is stuck in somebody else’s system, and no client of yours can ever accuse you of holding their assets.
What do my account managers actually do each week?
Review the decision log, approve or decline, and forward the Friday report. Every finding arrives with its reason, evidence, and cost, so client calls stop being defensive. The grind — research, writing, linking, profile upkeep, reporting — is the engine’s.
Is there a minimum number of locations?
No. Start with one client location and prove it. Volume pricing kicks in as the roster grows — and if you’re bringing a book of business, book a call and we’ll scope it properly.
Green light. The race is on.
