Where we come from

Agency work, done for decades.

Red Palm began as a full-service local marketing agency for home service businesses: plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers. We tracked cost per lead across thousands of campaigns, fought for attribution on missed calls, and watched clients grow, including a plumbing company that went from three trucks to nine in a year.

We also sold local SEO the way everyone did: a monthly list of deliverables. Two blogs, fifty directories, four posts. With people doing the work once or twice a month, a punch list was the best anyone could do. It isn’t anymore.

The Decision Engine is what we built instead. It doesn’t follow a quota. It reads a business every day, decides what an experienced operator would do next, and does it with the owner’s approval.
