Red Palm Decision Engine

Local SEO that decides what to do next.

The Decision Engine looks at your business, decides the highest-leverage move, and measures what happened. You choose how much it does: recommend only, apply the changes you approve, or, on WordPress, act on the certified capabilities you turn on, within safety limits you control.

What it reads

Planned, not available at launch: Google Business Profile and reviews, what AI assistants say about you, and competitor and map tracking.

Choose how much it does

Advisor

Decision Engine analyzes your site and recommends what to do. You decide, and you make the changes.

Available on WordPress and on Next.js + Sanity sites. On Next.js + Sanity, setup is developer-assisted with our team — contact support.

Assisted

WordPress

You approve the exact change. Decision Engine applies or publishes it, verifies it, and rolls it back where possible.

Autonomous

WordPress

For the specific certified capabilities you choose to turn on — publishing generated articles and rewriting meta titles and descriptions — Decision Engine acts without a click per change. You turn it on after signup from Automation in your dashboard, after reading and accepting the Autonomous terms. Safety limits you control, verification, rollback where possible, a full activity record, and pause/stop controls stay in place; anything not certified still waits for you.

The safety limits:

  • At most 3 changes per site per day
  • At most 2 new articles per week
  • One page at a time
  • A 24-hour cooldown after a failure
  • An automatic pause when something looks wrong

You can pause it, downgrade to Assisted or Advisor, or switch it off at any time. Red Palm can also pause automation.

Everything else always needs a person, including other fixes (canonical tags, redirects, internal links, page body edits, schema), section edits, refreshing existing pages and seasonal work. Never automated: DNS, billing, logins and security, analytics ownership, legal pages, your business identity, credentials, and deleting content. Next.js + Sanity sites get recommendations only (Advisor); publishing isn’t available on them, and setup is developer-assisted with our team — contact support.
